How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our standard processing time is 1 to 3 business days. Your order will then be shipped and will typically arrive within 10 to 18 business days, depending on your location and the shipping policies applicable there. Overall, please allow a maximum delivery time of approximately 21 days from the order date.

Do you also deliver internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide – every order can be delivered to addresses around the globe.

Can I track my delivery?
Of course – every shipment is provided with a tracking number. Please note that it can take up to four business days for the tracking to be activated. If you still don't have any information available after that, please write to us at info@xelvanixo.com .

What happens if items are missing from my order?
It's possible that your order was shipped from multiple warehouses. To ensure faster delivery, some products are shipped separately. In this case, missing items will usually follow shortly afterward.

What can I do if I received a damaged item?
We're very sorry if something arrived damaged. Please email a photo of the damaged product to info@xelvanixo.com . We'll take care of it immediately and arrange for a free replacement.

My delivery hasn't arrived yet – what now?
We know that long wait times can be frustrating. International deliveries can occasionally be delayed by customs or the shipping service. If it's been more than 21 days since your order date, please contact us at info@xelvanixo.com – we'll assist you immediately.

Is it possible to change or cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel or adjust your order, please contact us as soon as possible—ideally within a few hours of placing your order—at info@xelvanixo.com . Since many orders are processed quickly, prompt action is crucial.
