Return period
Returns must be made within 60 days from the date you received your order. After this period, unfortunately, refunds or exchanges are no longer possible.
Conditions for returns
To be accepted, the item must be in the same condition as it was received and in its original packaging. Please have proof of purchase or your receipt available. Returns directly to the manufacturer are not permitted.
Items that are excluded from exchange
We cannot accept returns if items are damaged or incomplete, unless the defect was caused by us. Likewise, returns made after the 60-day return period have expired.
Refund process
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email informing you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed using the original payment method within a few business days.

If you haven't seen the refund yet, please check your bank account first. Your payment provider may need some time to process the refund. If nothing has changed after this check, please contact us at info@xelvanixo.com .
Exchange of damaged or faulty items
If the delivered item is defective or damaged and you would like a replacement, please send us a message at info@xelvanixo.com . We will take care of your request.
Free return shipping
We'll cover the return shipping costs. To receive a prepaid return label, please contact us by email at info@xelvanixo.com .
Delivery times for replacement items
Replacement items will also be shipped within the usual timeframe. Processing takes 1 to 3 business days. Subsequent shipping typically takes 10 to 18 business days.
